There are two different types of services the first one being a full service which ideally needs to be completed once per year or every 12,000 miles that you drive in the same vehicle. The other type of servicing is an interim service and this should be done every 6 months or 6,000 miles that you do. They offer free pick up and drop off for full services and MOTs which is a really amazing touch – I’ve never heard of anyone else doing that. I wasn’t able to start my car so as an exception they also picked up and dropped off my car and I was really grateful for that. They picked it up and dropped it off on the same day and it wasn’t booked to go until 2 days later! Excellent and very reasonable service & pricing. Would recommend.
